I first heard of Hannah through someone I met on holiday while discussing menopause affects. I realised I was going through the same things she went through previously. At that point I was willing to try anything to help me with the effects of Menopause. I was told how much of a difference was made with the treatment that Hannah offered. I was struggling with anaemia due to menorrhagia related to fibroids. I was prescribed oral iron by my gp but was struggling to take it on a regular basis due to side effects. Perimenopause / MenopauseI chose Hannah because a former colleague who I respect had posted on Linkedin about how much Hannah had helped her. After an initial chat with Hannah I felt confident that she understood my problems and could help me too. I mainly needed help with symptoms of the menopause which were causing problems at home and at work. I also wanted to come off HRT due to worries about the risk of breast cancer and the fact that it was not helping with all of my symptoms anyway. I had been on HRT for over 4 years, trying several different makes partly due to mine going out of stock and partly due to side effects/ them not helping that much. I had tried some generic off the shelf herbal remedies too without success. I loved the tailored approach, regular catch ups and ability to tweak my medicine according to my symptoms and other health issues that arose. After a couple of months I had stomach problems which turned out to be gluten intolerance. Perimenopause / MenopauseI reached out to Hannah after she had been recommended to me by a friend. I have struggled with chronic fatigue syndrome, endometriosis and Fibromyalgia for many years. My son came home from school in February with Covid and I inevitably contracted it too. I was in so much pain in my lower back and hips I was struggling to function and would need to sleep every afternoon. I visited a homeopathic therapist many years ago which helped at the time but then symptoms soon returned. I have also tried osteopathic treatment. I chose Hannah because she comes across as very knowledgeable, very assured, very reassuring. Perimenopause / MenopauseHi my name is Jo and I have been a patient of Hannah’s since August 2020. I first got introduced to her by a friend of mine at work, who knew I had been having some difficulties with menopause symptoms. I first of all went to one of her talks on menopause. I just found it so interesting that there were so many symptoms, I think I had pretty much all of them as well! It was just really, really good to get to know Hannah and what she could offer to help with. So, I decided to become a patient, I signed up for the coaching element as well as the meds. I am really glad that I did because Hannah is just brilliant, she made me feel so comfortable, I felt like she really understood the issues that I was having and she was able to tailor the medicines to what I needed for me as an individual. Because, I think when you are dealing with something like menopause you tend to get a ‘one size fits all’ thing. I had been taking HRT at the beginning of that year and when lockdown hit I couldn’t get the medication I had been on, so I had to come off it, sort of crashed straight off it. I think that was probably where the problems started to get even worse because that was March and by August I was feeling pretty grim. Within weeks of taking my medications and talking through things with Hannah I just felt so much better, I was sleeping better straight away. The sleep mix that she does is absolutely superb. Even that in itself just transformed me actually, just being able to get a good nights sleep without being kept awake boiling hot. It really got the night sweats under control and just generally has made me more aware of what is going on and taking time for myself. I think that was one of my biggest faults, probably, that I didn’t spend enough time just looking after me and I think when you get to the time of life of menopause it is so, so important to look after yourself because you can’t really help anyone else when you are feeling absolutely dire. So, yeah Hannah has done so much for me and even though I don’t need as much medicine now I am still continuing to see her, not as often. Perimenopause / MenopauseHi my name is Ann See Yeoh And I decided to choose to work with Hannah, because we met through business networking and ended up having a 121 post the meeting. Hannah was ever so helpful and gave advice freely, without necessarily saying that I needed to work with her, and I thoroughly appreciated that. And so, a few months later, when I decided that I needed more in depth help I approached Hannah. And the main thing really, the main reason for approaching Hannah was to manage my menopause symptoms. I was going through perimenopause and approaching the other side of menopause. And I wanted to sleep better, that was the main thing, I had a couple of other niggles with joint pains, but the main thing was sleep and having hot flushes in the night, not during the day but in the night. I did try some other alternative treatments beforehand. Quite a few years ago it was mainly dietary changes, so I tweaked some tiny things about my diet and that helped for quite a few years and then I realised something needed to change as my hormones shifted even more. The most important part of the process was being able to speak with Hannah during our calls and sharing with her how things were fluctuating with me and how I was feeling so that she could then adapt her support and treatment that she was providing for me. The main outcome that I wanted, that I was looking for, was being able to manage the hot flushes better so that I could sleep through the night at least, not necessarily longer but just through the night. Perimenopause / MenopauseTowards the end of 2021 I was beginning to feel really down due to a variety of peri menopausal symptoms that were beginning to impact on my daily life. I went to see my GP and had bloods taken. The results showed that I had a vitamin D deficiency (no surprise there as like many, I haven’t seen proper sunshine since 2019!), and that my hormone levels were within the normal range. Again, no surprise there as we all know that hormone levels can change on an hourly basis! When discussing the blood results and my symptoms the GP was quite dismissive and said I was too young to be peri menopausal (I was 44 at the time). Fast forward to the start of 2022 and another birthday, fatigue, aching joints, burning month syndrome and brain fog (to name but a few) had well and truly set in, to the point where I was struggling to string a sentence together and was really worried about hosting an upcoming awards evening. At the time I was exhausted and although HRT had already helped me, I didn’t want to stay on it for too long. Perimenopause / MenopauseI came to Hannah with an array of symptoms that I was concerned were perimenopause which included a complete lack of sleep & raging anxiety. They were both having a significant impact upon my life and became a vicious circle. The more I couldn't sleep the more stress /anxiety I was enduring. I had been following Hannah on LinkedIn and after several weeks I took the plunge and made contact with her. I ended up on the 90 Day Rescue Programme and within 2 weeks I was finally starting to get some better sleep which slowly got better night after night. The impact of sleep cannot be underestimated! My anxiety reduced to a more bearable level and the increase in energy (physical & mental) meant I could engage in the CBT techniques I had learned during a block of CBT sessions I had already started. My treatment initially focussed on 'calming down' the level of stress I was under and trying to get me to get some sleep. This happened slowly because looking back I was like a tightly coiled spring. It was about a month before I felt a real impact and I was then able to get through the day without needing to have a rest, which was huge because I have young children, and with the demand of lockdown/homeschooling I needed more stamina. There was a significant improvement with the dizziness , we did have a couple of setbacks with the dizziness recurring after both of the covid vaccinations but I just worked on trying to minimise my stress/anxiety during this time so this helped too. Hannah worked with me to make tweaks to the medication because things changed during this programme. I am now sleeping better & I notice if I deviate from the nutrition side of things so you cannot underestimate the power of nutrition either. Hannah helped me in a holistic way because she gets you to look at nutrition, meditation & exercise. I am now in a position to get back to the gym and I am hoping that I can now focus on weight loss and getting my fitness back on track. I see Hannah now on a significantly reduced frequency and I now no longer need to use my sleep medication every day. I use it as I need to if I am having a blip with my anxiety (as this can often result in me struggling to sleep). I will suspect I will always need this 'safety net' because sleep is something that I have always struggled with but was worsening with time.

Perimenopause / MenopauseI had the pleasure of meeting Hannah a few years ago at a networking event and have stayed in touch with her ever since. At the start of 2021, I was struggling with certain aspects of my health so decided to give Hannah a call and see if/how she could help me. I'm not a fan of taking medication prescribed by the GP so wanted to try herbal medicine instead. I'm just coming to the end of my 8-week treatment and am pleased to say that I'm feeling much better.
