I had an up coming operation and was so nervous and also filled with anxiety, it was likely that I wouldn't be able to go ahead with my operation as my BP was sky high due to panic, I was recommended a short course of hypnotherapy to see if this could help me, I was very sceptical in the first instance about hypnotherapy and didn't have much confidence as I only had 2 weeks before the operation, I decided to proceeded with the hypnotherapy in a hope it would help, and wow what can I say, it was brilliant. The sessions were tailored to my fears and I was also given some self help exercise when I was at home, and something I could listen to before the operation. Hannah has a very calming and reassuring voice, I was able to feel from session one that I had made the right choice, and this is something I will revisit in the future as I work on self care for myself, if you want to give it a go, I say definitely try this you won't be disappointed. I have suffered from anxiety since the age of four, and can mostly keep it under control using CBT techniques. However, after a persistent flare-up in January 2023, I decided to try hypnotherapy. Hannah was relatively local, but more importantly, had good qualifications, reviews and sounded like she would be able to help. That she certainly did. Although I do still have anxiety attacks, over the course of five hypnotherapy sessions, they have become far less severe, rarer and more manageable. Even from the first session, my family and I perceived noticeable changes in my levels of calmness, and now I can do all sorts of things that, just a few months ago, seemed too ‘scary’. I am so much closer to being my normal self; sometimes, even more ‘me’ than I was before! I would highly recommend Hannah to others seeking the same sort of therapy: she was always kind, patient and interested in what I had to say. Just exactly what I needed.

After struggling with travel sickness for most of my life I decided to try hypnotherapy as I had a big trip planned, part of which was a cruise where we would spend 4 days on a stretch of water notorious for being rough, and the fear of being travel sick was making me anxious. Also few particularly bad experiences were starting to put me off cruise holidays, something I have loved for many years despite the travel sickness. I had tried pretty much everything over the years, tablets, herbal and otherwise, patches, bands etc and nothing worked other than sleeping until the journey, or in the case of cruising, rougher seas, ended. I couldn’t sit in the back of a car without feeling sick and anytime there was a small amount of movement when I cruised my stomach would start to roll. After a few sessions with Hannah plus a few weeks of listening to recordings she gave me to allow me to put myself into a hypnotic state I can honestly say I am cured. Although we were lucky and had flat seas throughout our cruise I was able to test the treatment on many coaches, buses, ferries and taxis and was fine without needing to sleep. I even managed to travel on a coach after several wine tastings and felt fine! Whenever I start to feel a little off colour in the car now I simply breathe, hear Hannah’s voice telling me to be calm and relaxed, and it instantly goes away. This has also been helpful in other parts of my life when I have started to feel stressed or anxious. I highly recommend that anyone who like me has been plagued with travel sickness seeks Hannah’s help with it. It will change your life!

I had been struggling with chronic migraines for years and had tried various treatments, from medication to chiropractic care, but nothing seemed to work. After hearing great things about Hannah's hypnotherapy sessions, I decided to give it a try. From the very beginning, Hannah's professionalism and support put me at ease. I chose Hannah to assist me with my IBS after learning from the media that hypnotherapy can help, particularly as I thought it was stress related. I therefore looked online for a hypnotherapist in my local area. At first, I must admit I was sceptical but after meeting Hannah, she was so warm and approachable that I found myself telling her things that I never really talk about, she talked me through the process and it actually made sense. I booked on 3 sessions which included homework and even after the first session my IBS improved and I started to feel better about myself and more likely to cope in certain situations. After the 3 sessions and completing the homework, my IBS has improved by about 80% and I feel so much better in myself and more confident. I can't thank Hannah enough for her help and I would encourage others to try alternative solutions for IBS and stress.

I have known Hannah for a couple of years as we studied hypnotherapy together. I adore her caring but no nonsense approach. I had acute pain and discomfort over a period of time especially in my left foot and more recently the right as well, plus joint pain in different fingers. I was recommended to Hannah by my chiropodist who had heard recommendations. I wanted to find a more delicate healthy way of healing the pain . The only processes I had been through previously were injections and heavy pain relief so this procedure was very new to me . It was interesting to hear Hannah ask all about it; how I was feeling, all about my life which for a long time I had no time to discuss or anyone interested enough to ask, and in the process just carrying on with awful discomfort and taking pain relief . We had a process of elimination and herbal medicines arrived and they in time began to ease the pain ‘the inflammation’ as Hannah calls it and it is so true. I decided on 3 sessions of hypnosis which were absolutely amazing. After suffering 2 bereavements very close together I realised a lot of my pain had built around this time . There was lots of crying and feeling light headed but I can Honestly say I feel totally different in myself and more at ease and being able to let go and move on . Yes the pain is there but it is more manageable and Hannah in her very professional way has taught me to self meditate and to sit and take time to heal how I feel . I would totally recommend Hannah, she is extremely easy to talk to and understands everything there is to understand about pain management and different fears we all have . Positive vibes from here on and if you are struggling out there give her a call it’s worth it .

I came across Hannah by googling ‘Hypnotherapists Near Me’. Hannah stood out from the rest and looked like the sort of person I would be comfortable opening up to. The main two reasons for seeking out hypnotherapy was to help with struggling with grief and an alcohol addiction that was getting out of control. I had previously seen a counsellor but unfortunately from the first session I could tell that I didn’t feel comfortable with them and stopped the sessions. The most important parts of the process was to learn how to cope with my issues and be more positive about my feelings and myself. The issues I was dealing with were beginning to take over my life and affect my relationships with family and friends. I also found listening to the readings and the exercises I was given a great help. The main outcome for me was that I was able to identify triggers and find out where things started going wrong. Realising that if I felt more positive about myself this would change my way of dealing with my issues and make me a happier more confident person. I would highly recommend Hannah. I felt totally at ease with Hannah from the first time we met. Trying something new can be daunting but at no point did I feel nervous about my sessions. I always came away feeling relaxed. I came to Hannah for help because I just felt off and felt worried I wouldn't trust my judgement moving forward after a recent event. Hannah was so easy to talk to and very understanding about my lack of a clear problem or need. I had a few sessions online which worked well and we did different techniques including regressions which were a little emotional but so helpful in allowing me to realise the impact of things from the past that I had just glossed over as no big deal. Its very hard to explain how it's helped me, but I feel very content now. Things just feel right. Life and business is going well, I've made new friends and opened myself to new experiences. Things are slotting into place. My best friend has even said she sees a change in me for the better. I've found it really hard to write this review as it's all so vague, but I really have felt an inner change for the better that I just can't describe. Even if you're not sure exactly what's 'wrong', I highly recommend hypnotherapy and Hannah as a therapist to help you

I was introduced to Hannah through a recommendation from a dear friend. Hannah has really helped me and grateful that our paths crossed through the recommendation. As a yoga teacher and holistic therapist, myself I understand the power of the subconscious mind. I have recently been through trauma and have been mentally struggling. I had a car accident in January which uncovered a brain tumour. Alongside conventional treatment, surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, to help myself cope, I have also investigated more the integrative approach of addressing the body, mind and spirit. Hannah helped me through working with guided relaxation and addressing the sub conscious’s mind, releasing and letting go of any fears and things that are holding me back. This has helped me to stay in a positive mindset on the journey that I am having to go through. Before meeting Hannah, I was having some counselling, homeopathy, nutritional advice and supplementation and energy healing which I continue with. The most important parts of the process for me were to be taken into a different mental space by a guided professional like Hannah. I found the hypnotherapy very relaxing and from seeing Hannah, it then went on to inspire me to start a regular meditation and daily affirmation practice again. The main outcome for myself was to calm the mind and use the practice of hypnotherapy to make changes in the subtle aspect of the subconscious mind which governs the reality. I would certainly recommend Hannah to others. The treatment has helped me immensely and has helped me to keep a positive mindset with everything I am having to go through. Hannah was highly recommended by a friend, who knew about my chronic pain and all the different treatments I had tried and, as this was non-invasive, I was very eager to try, as part of my condition includes nerve/neuropathic damage and physical treatments can be detrimental. I had tried a lot of different treatments from the GP as well as alternative medicines. But, due to struggling to being touched it has been difficult to find a reliable treatment that doesn’t include physical contact. Reading up on Hannah’s skill and successes, it was an easy choice to make. I had tried Acupuncture on a couple of occasions, as well as physiotherapy. But, due to mismanagement, my condition worsened, and I have progressively struggled more on a daily basis. There were several aspects to the treatment I found to be very beneficial, but the most important for me was turning down my pain levels, this helped a lot and with the tools that Hannah’s treatment gave me, I am able to continue to treat myself as and when I need to. The main outcome was being able to quieten my mind. Suffering with chronic pain, it is very difficult to be able to stay focused for long, as the pain can be very distracting. Since doing the program with Hannah, I have been able to clear my mind and focus more on the tasks I need to achieve. I would highly recommended Hannah to other people in a similar position to me. If you suffer with a long-term condition, Hannah’s treatment is a great way to not only help you cope on a day to day basis but to also help identify what the root cause of the problem is. Hannah is not only highly skilled at what she does, but she is also very warm and welcoming, her temperament put me at ease within a few minutes in our first session.

Before starting hypnotherapy with Hannah I had undergone major surgery and had just finished a course of treatment for a serious illness that had left me with physical and psychological side effects, I carried an enormous amount of guilt, and fear. From the very first of the sessions with Hannah I had an immediate sense of calmness from her as well as complete understanding, empathy and patience and always felt safe in sharing thoughts and feelings, with her gentle and reassuring voice Hannah guided me through various exercises and helped me to look at the feelings and emotions that I had suppressed and was affecting my subconscious mind, through doing these exercises in our sessions I was able to finally acknowledge events and emotions and Hannah gave me the time and tools to deal with them accordingly. I always felt lighter and more balanced afterwards and am able to reinforce it by listening to recordings of exercises that I was given by Hannah. I never knew how powerful hypnotherapy could be at changing your mindset and now I use these tools to look at my life with reassurance and positivity.
