Why Do I Need The Herbal Hormone Reset Programme?

Herbal remedies were made to help us through menopause! If you need prescribed herbal HRT for menopause after cancer, and you’re experiencing moderate symptoms, this programme is perfect for you. ‘Herbal Hormone Reset’ is an 8 week intensive herbal medicine programme, designed to relieve your menopause symptoms by at least 50%. It’s ideal if you feel you’re in early or late perimenopause and your symptoms are disruptive but not life-changing.

‘Herbal Hormone Reset’ is also a good option if you’d rather not commit to the weekly appointments that are part of the longer Menopause Rescue Programme.

During the eight weeks, we work intensively on:

• Your overall health, after taking a detailed case history from birth to the present day.
• The effects that trauma and chronic stress may have had on your body and mind.
• Restoring balance to your stress and reproductive hormones.
• Addressing any specific menopause symptoms, in your order of priority.

All herbs are checked and carefully chosen to ensure they won’t interfere with any other medication you’re taking.

And although we specialise in menopause after cancer, this programme is available to anyone, with any mild to moderate health issues.

The Herbal Hormone Reset Programme is a great fit if:

• It’s been a while since you finished cancer treatment and you now only have mild to moderate menopause symptoms.

• You’re already working with a menopause Doctor,  coach or lifestyle medicine practitioner, and you just need the herbs.

• You’d prefer a gentler approach than the intensive 90 Day Menopause Rescue Programme.

• You’d like the peace of mind knowing that all the herbs and appointments you need are covered in the cost of your programme.

What Kind Of Results Can Be Achieved?

We aim for at least a 50% improvement and do everything we can to maximise our chances of achieving that. Everyone experiences the benefits of their treatment in their own way, and whilst some see a big difference immediately, others notice more subtle changes over a period of time. We celebrate every step in the right direction, however small it may seem, and constantly review progress to make sure you’re still on the best prescription.

You’ll be asked to estimate your percentage improvement 4 weeks into your programme, and again at the end. As well as trying to quantify your progress in this way, we reassess each of the symptoms you mentioned in your first appointment to establish how far you’ve come overall.

Will You Liase With My Doctor About My Herbal Treatment?

I’m very happy to work in partnership with your wider healthcare team if you’d like me to. Some Doctors are more open to herbal treatments for menopause after cancer than others, so it’s entirely your decision. Integrated consultations can be arranged, but if they’re extra to the scheduled programme sessions they may be chargeable. You don’t need a Doctor’s referral to begin treatment with me, and I am happy to write to your Doctor and explain your treatment if necessary.

What Happens At The End Of The Eight Weeks?

We aim to get around an 80% improvement by the time you complete your programme. At the end, we discuss what we’ve achieved so far, and what you’d like to do next. You can either discontinue your treatment at that point, or continue on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.  We decide between us how much medicine you need, and how often to have your appointments in order to complete your recovery.  When you’re ready, we’ll start to reduce your dosage and make your appointments less frequent until you no longer need any treatment.

What Is The Fee For The Herbal Hormone Reset?

The fee is £825, payable up front or in 2 instalments. The instalment option costs 5% more to cover the cost of extra admin.
